Headache Medicine

Migraine and other headache disorders are among the most common health problems in the world. According to the Global Burden of Disease study, migraine and other headache disorders are the second leading cause of years lived with disability. However, it remains under-diagnosed and under-treated, leaving patients suffering.

The Niagara Centre for Headache and General Neurology is dedicated to providing medical care for patients suffering from migraine, trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias (i.e. cluster headache), tension-type headache, and many other types of headaches.

General Neurology

The Niagara Centre for Headache and General Neurology provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a variety of neurological conditions in adult patients (aged 18 years and above). Following evaluation in the clinic, some patients may be referred to subspecialty neurological evaluation for the most specialized care.
